Good site, ships products (unfortunately seeds are restricted) internationally, though the shipping costs about 11 dollars so be prepared for the overhead. Accepts mailed cash for orders.

I bought their combo pack and they barely explain what strains are in there. Cant seem to get feedback on their seeds from their forum. Neither can I find some of those strains (from combo pack) anywhere else.

ive been growing sensi for several years, seeds and clones.this is the first time i get my seeds from grasscity. really fast fast fast shipping, they are in netherlands and i live in south america, it took only 12 days !!!!!great site, they are really professionals, now im ready to grow the blueberry and mazar, Indica time!!!!!!

very reliable and trustworthy business. they have just recently upgraded the site to include lots of high quality pieces as well as lower lables. love the weed star and black leaf additions as well as the US and biohazard. great support and newly added products all the time will keep you going back for business.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! especially if you are ordering from North America or outside of Europe. I ordered and paid for several items (non-seeds & legal). The one item that was shipped from a U.S. merchant arrived timely. The remainder of my order has NEVER arrived after several months. GrassCity stated that the postal service was returning the order to them for some unknown reason (they insinuated maybe the address was bad, but it's the same address used by the U.S. merchant so that's a crock). Months later, they state they can't refund or reship until they get the old shipment back.
There is no warning on their site that there may be delivery problems with their legal merchandise. I feel totally ripped off. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Simply the best online shop in the world. Awesome selection, great pricing. Customer service would be nice to have it in the weekends, but still not much too complain about. Grasscity.com is the best imho.

Bit disappointed actually. Shipped to the US. I got a Jaja tar remover pipe. Goods arrived quickly but were damaged on arrival, not so they could not be used, but still damaged. I took photos showing cracks in glass, received alright communication back asking for more photos about two weeks later. Took more photos with the pipe now in a used state (I did state initially that it was usable but damamged).
Since I sent them the last photos, I have received only one response - the pipe looks used.
I've asked them several times nicely what they proposed to do about the damage with no response.
1. Photos were sent when the pipe was unused.
2. Delays in their communication, I had to prod them for responses.
3. If they don't want to replace it because I have used it, then just say so. That have not responded to any of three follow up requests for information on what they propose to do.
I'd not shop there again after this experience.

I would have given them a Zero. They suck stay away from Grasscity. My wife ordered something for me on 12/1/2010. They got paid on 12/4. I'm still waiting for the goods not to arrive. Terrible non-responsive customer service. Can't tell me when it was shipped or provide proof of shipment. They ripped me off. Now I need to fight with my credit card company. The worst of it is when I told them that I was going to get the payment reversed Grasscity threatened to "disclose the nature of their business to my credit card company." Grasscity is a snitch. Beware, Beware, Beware.
